As fully registered appliance technicians in New Zealand, we specialize in the repair and maintenance of a wide range of whiteware appliances, including washing machines, dryers, fridges, ovens, cooktops, waste masters, dish drawers, and rangehoods.
Our commitment to quality service is reflected in our reasonable pricing structure. We offer a $110 to $150 Call-Out fee depending on where you are located in Auckland, which includes the first 10 minutes of labour & a diagnoses. We prioritize professionalism in every job and ensure that all work adheres to the highest standards, maintaining compliance with AS/NZS 3000 regulations.
To guarantee the longevity and reliability of your appliances, we use only genuine parts sourced from trusted, reputable electrical suppliers. Furthermore, we carry full liability insurance to provide peace of mind for our clients, protecting against any potential damage.

I have used SB appliances twice now and both times they were wonderful. Really helped me and my family out during the tough times. I can't thank them enough for the wonderful and friendly service. The price for the service was very reasonable and that's why I can't thank them enough on behalf of my family and myself. We were really struggling at the time, thanks to COVID..Thank you guys so much. I had them in to fix my oven, but when I briefly mentioned I was also having issues with my washing machine they also fixed that in a matter of minutes and only charge a little above the original estimated price. Both the machine and oven are running great now because we follow the suggested maintenance advice from SB appliances. Thank you guys again so much.. Turned up on time and diagnosed the issue in the first 10mins. Gave me a rough quote on how much it would cost and proceeded with the work after I consented. Found another issue with dryer while repairing, told me additional charges (which I was still happy with as it was still cheap) and continued on. Fixed and cleaned up in just over an hour, and even explained to me how to maintain the unit, moving forward. Ended up costing less than what they had initially quoted me!!
