As fully registered appliance technicians in New Zealand, we specialize in the repair and maintenance of a wide range of whiteware appliances, including washing machines, dryers, fridges, ovens, cooktops, waste masters, dish drawers, and rangehoods.

We offer a $110 to $150 Call-Out fee depending on where you are located in Auckland, which includes the first 10 minutes of labour & a diagnoses. We prioritize professionalism in every job and ensure that all work adheres to the highest standards, maintaining compliance with AS/NZS 3000 regulations.

Service person was flexible and changed their schedule in order to carry out the repair work required. Four thermostats (one for each element) needed to be replaced. Very punctual, efficient with time spent and also final charge was under the quoted amount, plus stove was fixed. Strongly recommend their services. Absolutely outstanding quick professional service from Amar on my washing machine. I had had been having too much soap suds reading and then it completely stopped. Arma arrived within 24 hours of the phone call and and unblocked the pump, checked for leaks and now it is as good as new. There were 10 coins, a guitar pic and a handful of gunk in the pump. I am so impressed with the efficiency of time, respectful, courteous professional service and excellent value for money, very affordable. I have used SB appliances twice now and both times they were wonderful. Really helped me and my family out during the tough times. I can't thank them enough for the wonderful and friendly service. The price for the service was very reasonable and that's why I can't thank them enough on behalf of my family and myself. We were really struggling at the time, thanks to COVID..Thank you guys so much. I had them in to fix my oven, but when I briefly mentioned I was also having issues with my washing machine they also fixed that in a matter of minutes and only charge a little above the original estimated price. Both the machine and oven are running great now because we follow the suggested maintenance advice from SB appliances. Thank you guys again so much..
