As fully registered appliance technicians in New Zealand, we specialize in the repair and maintenance of a wide range of whiteware appliances, including washing machines, dryers, fridges, ovens, cooktops, waste masters, dish drawers, and rangehoods.
Our commitment to quality service is reflected in our reasonable pricing structure. We offer a $110 to $150 Call-Out fee depending on where you are located in Auckland, which includes the first 10 minutes of labour & a diagnoses. We prioritize professionalism in every job and ensure that all work adheres to the highest standards, maintaining compliance with AS/NZS 3000 regulations.

Came on time friendly and efficient. Call out cost $90 and if your needing more than one appliance serviced it will cost another $45= $135 for two appliances callout fee. My two appliances were checked and he knew straight away what needed to be done. Had to wait for parts and then he quoted me the cost and we went from there and he came a few days later. Amar is the man! He was so awesome and on point with the issue. Amar has great communication, he was punctual and professional, polite and considerate by removing his shoes. Amar assessed the problem with my Fisher & Paykel fridge/freezer in less than 5 mins. He let me know the issue then completed a decent affordable quote. Advised he may have the part for my appliance and I asked if he does could he proceed with the repairs. Amar repaired my fridge/freezer and advised of a 1 year warranty on the part that was replaced. Cleaned up after himself and all done in less than 30 mins. I am so grateful I didn't need to replace my 16 year old fridge/freezer. So grateful for SB Appliance Servicing.
