With over 8 years of experience in the appliance servicing industry, we established SB Appliance Servicing Ltd in 2020, bringing a wealth of expertise and professionalism to the field. As fully registered appliance technicians in New Zealand, we specialize in the repair and maintenance of a wide range of whiteware appliances, including washing machines, dryers, fridges, ovens, cooktops, waste masters, dish drawers, and rangehoods.
Our commitment to quality service is reflected in our reasonable pricing structure. We offer a $110 to $150 Call-Out fee depending on where you are located in Auckland, which includes the first 10 minutes of labour & a diagnoses. We prioritize professionalism in every job and ensure that all work adheres to the highest standards, maintaining compliance with AS/NZS 3000 regulations.
To guarantee the longevity and reliability of your appliances, we use only genuine parts sourced from trusted, reputable electrical suppliers. Furthermore, we carry full liability insurance to provide peace of mind for our clients, protecting against any potential damage.

Amazing service! Super friendly customer service so helpful! my washing machine is running like new and so good now! I am so happy I didn’t have to end up buying a new 1 after all especially being so close to Christmas plus I wasn’t ready to give up on my Simpson washing machine of 10 plus years I knew she still had life left in her so when I found AB appliances and there guy came and took a look and fixed my washing machine in under an hour I was super impressed and price was affordable and fair to! great to deal with a make a booking. managed to solve the issues with my Bosch Washing machine and Dryer - both are working brilliantly now. The only downside is timing. I booked in advance for the earliest possible appointment, and the repairman both times was coming from quite a distance and so was at the far end of the time window slot i was given. Apart from this, very professional and good value for money. i will be using them again and would recomm3end them to others.
