As fully registered appliance technicians in New Zealand, we specialize in the repair and maintenance of a wide range of whiteware appliances, including washing machines, dryers, fridges, ovens, cooktops, waste masters, dish drawers, and rangehoods.
Our commitment to quality service is reflected in our reasonable pricing structure. We offer a $110 to $150 Call-Out fee depending on where you are located in Auckland, which includes the first 10 minutes of labour & a diagnoses. We prioritize professionalism in every job and ensure that all work adheres to the highest standards, maintaining compliance with AS/NZS 3000 regulations.
To guarantee the longevity and reliability of your appliances, we use only genuine parts sourced from trusted, reputable electrical suppliers. Furthermore, we carry full liability insurance to provide peace of mind for our clients, protecting against any potential damage.

Although I was not at home when Sunny came around to fix my washing machine. I am very happy with his service. He knew exactly what to do when he saw the fault code on the washing machine's display. He opened it up, fixed, then tested, confirmed all was ok and then was on his way. His prices and call out fees are very reasonable when compared to similar companies in the area. My fisher & paykel dryer had a squeaky sound on both directions. I called the team at SB Appliances and they came within the week. The culprit was a main bearing which I was told was unusual.
