Taki has been in the building industry for over 23 years working as a builder, estimator, quantity surveyor, draftsman and architectural designer and is up to date with the various changes to the building code and regulations and Auckland Council planning and bylaws. Taki carries out the inspections personally.
Towina is an experienced Property Manager and Healthier Homes Advisor keeping up skilled with the continued changes within the Tenancy Services of New Zealand.
Nakkita has been assisting with plan drawing and draughting.
Bonnie assists with property management and property moving.
Titan is part of the property maintenance and property moving.
