Always on time, courteous, respectful of our home and happy to do anything i have asked for with attention to detail. As it is a large job a few other guys have helped out and they have all been great too. I don’t usually write reviews but Howard has a great team and they deserve the praise. ⭐⭐ - Poor Business Process Called AB Electrical after accidentally cutting a pool heater cable while landscaping. I clearly requested a quote first as I'd be paying personally, but they proceeded with repairs without providing pricing or confirming costs. When I received the $258 invoice and called to discuss, they blamed confusion due to "multiple parties involved." The repair work was done properly, but their failure to provide requested quotes before proceeding is unprofessional. Get written estimates before allowing any work to start. We value transparency and will ensure that in future, written confirmation is provided to all parties before work begins.
