⭐⭐ - Poor Business Process Called AB Electrical after accidentally cutting a pool heater cable while landscaping. I clearly requested a quote first as I'd be paying personally, but they proceeded with repairs without providing pricing or confirming costs. When I received the $258 invoice and called to discuss, they blamed confusion due to "multiple parties involved." The repair work was done properly, but their failure to provide requested quotes before proceeding is unprofessional. Get written estimates before allowing any work to start. Regarding the concern about pricing, our team proceeded with the repair after receiving clear direction from the property owner to carry out the work without waiting for a quotation. We value transparency and will ensure that in future, written confirmation is provided to all parties before work begins.
