Leigh Garner was been an absolute dream to work with, and I cannot state enough how much easier and less stressful he made the process of adding a second floor to our house. From the very start, he took our vague ideas and helped frame them into clear designs that we could act on. Leigh was friendly, accessible, clear, and detailed in all communication and truly made me feel like he was invested in the success of our build. He answered all questions I had very clearly and laid out an easy to follow framework for the actions I needed to take.
