The client wanted to split a section off the back of their property installing the required services to obtain a new title. Thurston Developments made the process stress free and handled the project from start to finnish.

Rainwater collection

150,000litres of rainwater collection from a dairy farm feed pad roof. Good to see people future proofing for drier months.

Structural retaining and house pad construction.

The client wanted to be able to see the beautiful Omokoroa harbour from the second floor deck so the site was raised 1m. Engineered Retaining was constructed and 300m3 of pumice fill was imported to form the building platform.
