I could not recommend Julie and her team at Green N Clean more highly. It was a huge advantage to be able to use the same company for outdoor garden tidy up and waterblasting, plus an inside house deep clean and carpet clean. Julie got the workers there quickly with prompt quotes. Their prices were competitive. There were a few issues when the carpet dried and they immediately returned and rectified the problems even though I had already paid the invoice. Many thanks for all your help Julie. This service was recommended to us by our real estate agent when we were preparing to sell our home. They did a poor job cleaning my windows & also house wash. This was picked up by our agent when she returned and noticed the windows were not cleaned properly. She contacted the owner, Rav Singh to advise of the poor window clean by his team who did the window cleaning. When he returned, my agent showed him all the streaks & windows that still had dirt on them. He did not take the feedback well & and became annoyed, there was no apology for the poor work his team did. Rav did end up re cleaning the windows and our house himself. I would suggest, instead of showing your frustration to the paying customer, it would be much more beneficial to provide feedback to your workers on the areas they could have done better to properly clean the windows & house. For the house wash; it was even worse, bubble gum that was stuck to the bricks of our house were still there. Mud splatter from the gutters were visible on the house not washed off. Overall disappointed in the service, but more disappointed at the owner Rav Singh and his disgruntled attitude. I would not be recommending this service to my family & friends or networks. Reply: Hi there We done this almost 1.5 years ago if I remember correctly, there were no other issues apart from windows. We went back and try to clean which we could not clean them as they were old and stained which were explained to the owner in presence. Sometime client think its rude but I have been running this business for almost 9 years. We have strong word of mouth refrence client base. Hence we dont hesitate to go back if there is any issue etc. We spent whole day going there next day. I did spoke to the real estate agent before commenting here and she was all happy with that as she said that she has no issues at all. We still do lot of work for her (real estate agent). Our reputation is more important hence we try our 100 percent service to make our client happy. Not really sure what went wrong and we got this feedback after almost 1.5 years. Good luck
