Dean was great. He came out on a Sunday to look at a roof panel I was worried about. I'm naive to what asbestos looks like. Dean quickly id'd the panel as not requiring testing and explained what to look out for. Despite my insistence Dean refused to charge. Would absolutely recommend and will be calling up Dean if I do actually run into asbestos.
