My name is Jamee Colman and I am the director of Namloc Build Ltd. I have a passion for the industry and have always and continue to enjoy my work. I have found that when money is not the sole focus, success is realistic and recurring. Wage paid staff and subcontractors that I hire, I hold to my own high personal standards, this which I monitor and take responsibility for as part of all projects.

We are trade qualified, licensed builders available to complete all building projects . Over 10 years, our business strategy has been based on providing affordable quality. Proof of this is within our Builders Crack reviews and among our offline references.

There is no limit to a project we would like to be involved with. From a fence to a huge renovation, with our effective project management and professional team of subcontractors there is nothing we can not achieve.

Our job was big - in total approx. 91m of good neighbours fencing required along a rough boundary. We found Jamee excellent to deal with right from the start of his quote being submitted. Professional and responsive with amendments to quotes explained well. Whilst Jamee's quote was not the cheapest, was middle range his workmanship is outstanding. Final quote was adhered to. Jamee went the extra mile sorting out the timber for us through our supplier and gave us good advice on the positioning...
