Overall, I got exactly what I asked for, they turned up when promised, the price was as discussed. Communications: only downside was a bit of double handling of information (BuildersCrack site, filling out a form on the company's website and then some verbal conversations where the information hadn't been read). Workmanship: I had a second report done (always intended to have two done) and in comparison, CheckHome's report didn't go as deep as you might hope
