Garage to study conversion

Kiro did a great job on this extension and we are very happy with it a couple of years later. Two out of five only for the budget though, which was 43% higher than originally estimated.

Kiro has huge knowledge of the building industry. He found mistakes in my Building Consent. I hire him to re-design my project and get amendment of my consent. His workmanship is second to none and I would like to use him again in my future projects.

Build a new deck

We were pleased with the outcome of the deck however there were some concerns about the hazard gaps that were evident after the completion of the job. This was discussed with the builder and he advised that this would be added costs which was a surprise to me. The deck looked good but a balustrade was required which was not discussed at the time and another added cost. This means that the deck does not comply with clause F4-safety from falling.
