John made the contact, I did not need to chase him. He turned up at the agreed time to quote, which I appreciated very much. He was able to estimate on the spot and the written quote that followed few hours later was very close to the estimated price. John and his crew also went extra mile when asked to work over the weekend, so job got done before new tenants took over.
