Summary of Facts 1. Advertised for a Older tradesman 2. Contact Established and a meeting time agreed 3. Left Office to meet tradesman onsite (Reshuffling meetings) 4. Called him from site to be told that he was in CBD Quoting another job 5. Went back to office and agreed an evening meeting 6. Waited till 6.00 pm and called the tradesman to be told he was on his way 7. Tradesman calls 15 minutes later to cancel the meeting (Too far for him) 8. Absolute time waster
