Just moved in - Fixing up house.

We have just moved into a new home and have a few repairs etc that need attending to. Builder/waterproofer - Waterproofing in the downstairs rumpus room. There has been a basement leak through a concrete block wall and possibly the floor. We would like 2x concrete block walls waterproofed and covered/jib. - Waterproofing in the garage shed. The roof is corrugated iron with perspex panels that are leaking in multiple places. - Waterproofing shower; New shower door and sealing Child proof gate put in at the top of the stairs
