Window leak repair

Have a window that is leaking into the trim - it appears to be coming up from below and soaking through the wood as per the photo. Thought there is some minor mildew growth in the join on the window, I've not found moisture running down this so suspect it's coming in via the outside somewhere else (certainly not just condensation). Need this leak repaired -
