Bathroom repair refit

I need to repair the decayed plate / flooring under bath. To do this I would like to replace the vanity unit to a pedestal basin, shower over bath hardy glaze refit and shelving. Approximate area 2m x 2m small space. The floor depending on condition I would like to selvage rimu floor , have to see. In the process the layout will change too, not a major but hardy glaze needs to be framed around a small window. I will purchase the pedestal and bath framed, with door to fit and hardy glaze sheets. I have a plumber lined up.
