Water Leak - ( photo would not uplift.)

water leak into bedroom. Seems to leak more when it is cold. Can have heavy rain and no leak. Then sometimes it leaks when it rains. I have tiled ceilings, so it is leaking in the crack, starting to swell. Maybe from weight?
