Waterproofing of concrete garage roof #2

Keen to find someone help us waterproof our concrete garage roof. It has obviously had long term leakage issues, as in the water just soaks through the concrete and drips out the underside. We've have had the underside of the roof repaired by some concrete specialists where it was flaking off, but of course that doesn't treat the cause. I had aspirations of getting something like a Cemix or Crommelin waterproofing product and doing it myself over the summer, but we've recently confirmed we will be moving in about 12 months and will look to rent the place out, and I don't want to subject others to my misguided DIY attempts! The roof is a concrete slab, just over 2.5m x 4.5m in terms of surface area. It would likely need some waterblasting first as it's growing some impressing looking mossy stuff. I'd also be keen to discuss drainage options if we do waterproof the top as we wouldn't then want water to just run off the sides, or collect anywhere it shouldn't. Would be awesome to get a quote and/or a visit to discuss options!
