Wet inside wall

Hello, The living room wall of this 2 storey weatherboard home is wet. There are no windows near it but it is rather close to a heat pump. We need to source where the water is coming from and attend to it. The chimney has some growth and the guttering edge shows possibly some rot in the wood. This is in the vicinity of where the lower inside wall is wet.
