Fix and waterproofing for a leak on our deck

Our deck is above a double garage and where the concrete steps join to the wooden deck right in the corner as seen in the photos is where the leak is likely coming in. The leak is coming straight through into the garage down below. Have tried waterproofing already with all sorts of products but nothing seems to work so time to get an expert in to sort it once and for all. Only want to deal with someone that's experienced in this area and can get the job done.
