Flashing around dryer vent
Job description
We’re just in the process of completing our laundry and bathroom. As part of this I need a small amount of finishing and flashing done around the newly installed dryer vent our plumbers added. See photos for measurements. I’ve also added a photo of the same type of dryer vent from next door - I’d like something similar. (Next door photo is the grey weatherboard wall with two small windows below) Metal flashed section to be aluminium.

Good communication prior to the job, asked lots of questions through the platform, I provided lots of pictures and also some hand drawn plans. Attempt 1 was far larger than the template flashing on my neighbours house, 2 meters away from where my flashing was to be installed. They redid it closer to the template, but quality was nowhere near as good as template. I’d specified aluminium, they bought colour steel. Won’t use them again, very expensive for something I ended up coaching them through
