Window frame leaking water during rain

We have a set of windows in our kitchen that occasionally leaks during heavy rain. The leak appears to be coming from in between the window and the architraves. I have tried to get a picture of the leak and also indicated where it's happening on the window itself. This is a rental property so will need to liaise with our tenants around timeframes, but we would like to have this fixed as soon as possible.
