Waterproofing concrete foundation (external wall basement)

Excavate ground under steps to below existing concrete foundation, Remove and replace old clay pipes (stormwater and wastewater) Apply waterproofing membrane (4-6 sqm) Install coil drain. There about 20 narrowish steps to get to the site (very unlikely to get a digger up)
