Leaking disused vent-pipe
Job description
A vent left in place after a gas heater was removed some time ago has begun to leak. The short vent pipe fits through the ceiling and emerges through a coloursteel 'bargeboard'. We want to extract the vent and repair the hole - most simply, we think, by replacing all or part of the coloursteel 'bargeboard'. The roof slopes almost to ground level and the internal and external work-sites are easily accessible.
