Council-registered Waterproof Applicator

We have a renovation at New Lynn and Te Atatu Peninsula. We need a council-registered waterproof applicator for the wet areas (bathroom and kitchen). The Council has stated that if the applicator is council-registered, we will not require a typical waterproofing inspection. Additionally, a PS3 will be required as usual The total area requiring waterproofing for New Lynn is roughly 22 sqm and 20 sqm for Te Atatu, including the wall and floor for the bathroom and kitchen in both houses. This is a rough figure. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please also provide a separate quote for tiling work. The tiles will be mostly --- tiles with some smaller --- tiles The tile underlay has been installed already. The full extent of the tiling is unclear but will include all floors in the bathroom and most walls. Showers are fully tiled as well. The kitchen will have some splashback tiling. A per sqm rate may be the simplest. Lastly, please advise on your availability to carry out these works.
