Waterproofing laundry and toilet rooms after removal of tiles

I need my laundry and toilet room waterproofed after removal of the tiles, that are currently in there. (I don't know if the toilet is a wet room and requires it?) I suspect that the flooring in the laundry needs to be replaced as well which you could quote me for or could be done before you waterproof it the toilet flooring is fine. If quoting for flooring too, my preference is structural ply, treated and between 17-20mm thickness. The dimensions of the laundry room are: 189cm x 227.50cm (4.3sqm). The toilet room is 179.5cm x 138cm (2.477 sqm).
