Roof leak -- roof centurion mono tiles

There is a roof leak in one of our rooms. It was looked at earlier six months ago by the roof painter, who had replaced few broken tiles and put in silicon over few cracks. the same area is leaking again. The roof gib is visibly swollen with water and we have made a cut in a portion of it to let the water out. This will definitely require the roofer to enter the roof cavity by standing on top of the hot water cylinder and then going inside. Roof cavity has enough high for bending slightly and walking to trace where the leak is from inside the roof cavity. Once you enter the space to the roof the area is towards the left corner about 10 meters from the entry point (you must be comfortable in going up in the cavity to identify before going up on the roof externally ) Last time the tradesmen applied the fix from outside only and the problem has recurred so you must identify the leak from inside and apply internal/external remedy for this job. We have a small step ladder to access the roof cavity from inside. The roofer will require an external ladder to access the roof.
