Basement exterior block wall waterproofing

16 lineal metres and up to 1meter deep approx. 2 sides of my basement of my 1970s house. I have excavated it. There is an old membrane on there from the original build. I will waterblast it clean. Looking for someone to recommend and apply a good quality membrane. It will also need the protective Expol and polythene since I am planning to back-fill once it's finished.
