Leak Detection

Hi, I found some dampness on the left of the backdoor, it's in the bottom corner - The Gib was a bit weak too and hence it went in, but the gib was all clean with no mould, it could be damaged before and hence it went in..There is nothing on the ceiling, only on the bottom corner. There are no pipes anywhere nearby and on the other side I have cladding, it was a plaster house before and has been reclad to weatherboard with a cavity + Rab board. It is a townhouse with a body corp and the wall is attached to my neighbor, As per him he isn't getting any leak so it's only on my side. Pics attached
