Job description
I am wanting to get a quote for a chimney cap or cost of covering the chimney opening as we dont use it and only have a makeshift cover on it. It is round opening with a 37cm diameter.

Alvin's communication was great..arrived to property when he said he would to do quote..he assessed that chimney was rusting and removal and retiling roof was best option. Quoted a fair price. He got tiles and job was done quickly. He also repaired a bathroom window when he came back to complete job. Highly recommend Alvin to anyone looking for a builder..easy to talk to and answered all my questions and took photos of roof before and after at my request. I will definitely use Alvin again.
