waterproofing treatment for basement #2

We have noticed water seeping through the vertical wall that is adjacent to our garden area. It usually doesn't happen during light showers, but when there are heavy rains for a few hours, the water accumulates in the basement area. Initially, we only noticed water seepage from the far left corner of the wall, but we have started to notice dampness on the other side of the wall too, which may require attention as well. We have attached photos of both the inside and outside of the walls for your reference.
