Weather tight Chimney cover required

I need a weather tight flashing installed over an unused chimney for a blocked off fireplace. Chimney is brick and mortar approx 500mm wide and 400mm deep. Chimney is on a 1955 built single story house and 1.6 meters above the guttering on the roof. Location is Te Atatu peninsula west Auckland
