Window seal replacement

In the building report for our property, four windows were highlighted as having high moisture levels surrounding them. All four windows have aluminium joinery with rubber seals having eroded away as well as the seal between concrete sill and frame having eroded in places. Prospective buyers have requested this be fixed by settlement date which is six weeks from the 10th of March.
