Water leaking and water dripping down inside the chimney when it is raining

I discovered that my chimney (Fireplace) in the lounge had been badly leaking water and dripping water when it was raining two days ago. Immediately, I put a washbowl inside the chimney (Fireplace) to prevent the water from dripping down. I took the photos with a video which were made for the Fireplace in the evening. Yesterday evening, I found that the washbowl had lots of dirty water in it. Around the Christmas time in 2022, my tile roof has been water blast by using a high pressure water blast by a company. In the earlier time of this year, my tile roof was painted by this company. Now I found water leaking and water dripping badly inside the chimney (Fireplace) when it rains. I think that post high pressure of the water blast, the connections between the chimney and tile roof began to crack at that time. Due to more rainy days this year, the cracks of the chimney and tile roof became wider and wider, filling in the water and accumulating the water more and more times, resulting in final water leaking and water dripping inside the chimney (Fireplace) in the lounge being badly visible. I have sent an email to the staff of this company. But I have not got a response yet. I am not sure if I need to pay myself to repair the chimney (Fireplace) leaking and dripping water or the company should be responsible for the chimney (Fireplace) leaking and dripping water issue.
