waterproofing the external wall and maybe a french drainage

I need advice/suggestion and quotes to waterproof the basement. Water ingression to the basement area during heavy rain, outside wall is partly under the soil. So the outside wall under the soil will need new waterproofing apply to it. Also considering to construct a french drain, therefor if the contractor is also a registered drainlayer will be good.
