Waterproofing Block Foundations on a split level home. I recently got a builders check done and the sections of the house made from concrete block and which backs onto the garden beds, gave a high reading. Not leaking but will require water proofing on the outside. Job involves digging (There is access for a digger), locating services as there is line gas to the property and applying waterproofing to the block walls on the outside (garden bed side).
