The existing acrylic wall has holes and is being patched up. The bottom side is also thinning out and the aluminium tub is raised at the cetre indicating a soaked joist underneath. The timber around and underneath the bathroom require replacing if they are wet. There are also crackes around the tiles joint with the flooring a bit soft when walking on top of it.
