Door and Windows are ok but needs a bit of scriber fixes to reseal them - Reseal all scribers to internal junctions with weatherboards, replace and seal the outside tap flange, and replace broken weatherboards over window heads to prevent the ingress of water. - Replace damaged and rotten window and exterior door scribers where required, and reseal those that are not damaged or rotten in order to prevent water ingress.
