Bathroom floorboard replacement and waterproofing

Floorboard under the bathtub is water damaged, total area is about 3.3 meter by 2.5 meter (less or more). Need to replace the floorboard, fix any leak on the pipe, retile and put everything back. Damage spread slightly to the adjacent room under the wall. Welcome to visit for quote. I need two quote - a) just fixing the issues; b) fix and renovate(put new basin, bathtub) the bathroom. I would require a compliance certificate after the work is complete.
