Resealing bath/shower area

With the photo provided, you can see the seals have perished and are covered in mould. There is also this very old school "architraving" around the bath which I have no idea how to deal with. Basically it all needs tidying/fixing, as we wish it to be presentable for open homes. For those that are good grouters, I also have a small area of kitchen tiles that need regrouting. This has just crumbled with age. Also see photo for area that needs regrouting.
