New waterproof for basement outside wall
Job description
I have a basement which has water ingress very time after heavy rain. The waterproof was done about 10 years ago which stop this problem for last 10 years. I think it need new waterproof for the outside wall. I have insurance company access the water damage and they point out it is maintenance issue. I can forward that report to who is interested in this job.

The project is much bigger and difficult than we original thought. There are 2 incidents during the project but we managed to sort it out together. Tam is very good in communications and always willing to do extra. He actively find sub contractors to sort out the problems which is not in his original working scope. Even the final cost and schedule is not what I expect. I am still very happy about his service and hard working. He is a great guy to trust.
