As per building report: Investigations to assess the level of moisture penetration damage and ascertain the cause/s prior to completing all remedial work to a satisfactory conclusion. The window appears to have been already removed and reinstated at some stage. Removal and the installation of a suitable full depth mechanical sill flashing will be required. Inferior detailing and reinstatement best practices are noted.
