Bathroom, Kitchen and Carpet

I think we have a bathroom attacked with mould. We believe the ventilation unit installed 4 years ago either not working anymore or that the air sucked up was not flowing outside of the house. Instead it stayed in the attic generating mould. Whilst we need this resolved we also consider adding the rangehood for our stove/oven at the same time. I am looking for someone that can do both. In addition, we need help in fixing the squeaky parts of our floor, removing and re-attaching doors before and after the new carpet being laid.
