Henderson shower/bath repair

Shower over bath. The 3 Hardieglaze panels surrounding the bath need to be removed due to chipped edges at the bottom allowing water to flow into the wall cavity. New panels need to be installed and the overlap between the panels and the lip of the bath needs to be correctly sealed. The panels surrounding the base of the bath itself are ok. The panels will need to be beaded to finish off. The gibwall on the other side of the bath will need a replacement panel of gib installed.
