Waterproofing for deck

A wooden deck balcony is about 15 sqm. Deck floor is currently tiled. Rain water is leaking through the gap between the deck and the wall of the house. Not really sure what to do at the moment. Should the tiles be ripped out and redoing the waterproofing? Will need an experienced tiler in this sort of situation who does waterproofing too.
