Membrane Decks x 2

I have a renovation project that has two second story decks, 1 small one approx. 1.500 x 2.000 and a larger one approx. 3.000 x 4.000. Both are ready to go, they are just waiting the inspection which we are currently on standby for so hopefully any day. They are after a pre-finished walk on membrane that doesn't need a floating deck over if they choose not to, hope that makes sense but can discuss in more detail if your interested.
